Super clean room. And a great location right on Ponce de Leon Boulevard. Very close to restaurants and the water. Loved the huge walk in shower. Water pressure was good too, and the bathroom was immaculate. The front desk lady was efficient and up front about the $10 per night parking fee (which I already knew about, it's very clear on their website) but I appreciated her being up front. Breakfast was good: the usual suspects, cereal and toast, waffles, scrambled eggs, and muffins and a mini juice bar. All fresh and again, everything was clean and organized. The beds were absolutely lovely. Very comfy. The hotel was very quiet: maybe because of the rain or perhaps because it's a good solid building, but in any case, we were grateful and got a great sleep. Parking: good: they share the lot with Hampton Inn next door so there's enough for everyone. The only thing I would be aware of is that there are two flights of stairs to get to the second floor. We didn't see a lift. So if you have a ton of baggage or have dodgy knees, take the ground floor option for sure. It's not in the "main" part of St Augustine, just FYI. It's about a four minute drive from the touristy downtown part. I was totally ok with that because the prices (and the parking fees) were much higher on that side. Can't fault it. It was great for a one night stay. Quiet, clean, good parking, nice breakfast.

The price is excellent, considering the hotel's location and facilities. Walking distance of the historic St Augustine. They give the usual breakfast, but I haven't tried it. There are plenty of towels and quality products to use in the bathroom. It has been renovated since my last visit, and I really appreciate the renovations, especially in the bathrooms and mattresses. Removing carpets is a nice touch for these "near to the beach" hotels.

We were traveling with our infant son for a wedding and just staying overnight. The pack and play we requested was set up and ready for us when we arrived in the room. It was clean and in good condition, prepared with sheets. They also allowed us to check in early. Everything was clean and working. The price matched the facilities and services offered. Overall a nice, quick stay.

The front desk clerk was very helpful and accommodating, she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable because our room wasn’t ready when we arrived ❤️ the breakfast was excellent, thanks to the cook, we Loved the Sana and our suite was very clean and nice ❤️

Nicola

It was a nice location and the rooms looked like they had been recently remodeled. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I really liked the shelving space close to the bathroom, it made it much easier than cluttering the sink with all of our toiletries!
